Netflix is my personal trainer. It’s glorious – let me explain.
First I tried to read magazines at the gym but that didn’t motivate me enough to get out of bed.
So I thought about what would make me get out of bed to go to the gym.
Answer: One Tree Hill.
That’s where Netflix comes in. All of One Tree Hill is on there and I’ve been watching it very slowly. I love it but I haven’t dedicated two days to just blaze through. I’m savoring each episode because I’ve never actually seen them.
So boom. I decided to watch OTH at the gym on Netflix. Then I just had to figure out how to do that. Since I have a gym in my building, and now we have WiFi in there I thought about getting an iPad.
Given how expensive they are I just bought this instead.
And put my laptop on it.
And reveled in my genius status.
This morning I got out of bed when my alarm went off at 6:50. And I was excited to go work out with Lucas and Nathan. It was an amazing feeling. ANNNNND I am extra happy because it’s been two days in May and I’ve worked out both of them. Slowly getting back into a groove but I’m making good choices and that’s what counts.
